1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

  • Email address — provided at checkout to deliver your report download link.
  • Game data — game name, genre, description, Steam URL, and other details you submit through our form. This is used solely for report generation.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking details on our servers.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Generate your Steam page optimization report
  • Deliver the report via email
  • Process your payment through Stripe
  • Respond to support requests

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the service you paid for.

3. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

  • We do not access your Steam account or credentials
  • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
  • We do not create user profiles or track behavior across sessions

4. PUBLIC DATA SOURCES

Our reports use publicly available data from the Steam Store API and SteamSpy API. This includes game metadata, review counts, tags, pricing, and estimated sales figures that are publicly accessible. We do not access any private or account-restricted data.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and infrastructure. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — email delivery for report download links.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI analysis engine. Game data is sent to generate analysis and is not stored by Anthropic after processing.

6. DATA RETENTION

  • Report download links expire after 7 days
  • Generated PDF reports are stored for up to 30 days for re-download purposes
  • Order records (email, game name, purchase date) are retained for accounting and support purposes
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

8. SECURITY

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). Reports are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). We follow industry best practices to protect your data.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
