1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using GameAgent.co ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by GameAgent ("we", "us", "our").
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
GameAgent provides AI-powered Steam store page optimization reports. Reports are generated using data from public APIs (Steam Store API, SteamSpy) combined with AI analysis. Reports are delivered as PDF files via email and download link.
3. PAYMENT AND PRICING
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Steam Market Intelligence Report is priced at €299 EUR as a one-time payment. Prices may change at any time. Any price changes will not affect previously purchased reports.
4. REFUND POLICY
Reports are digital products generated instantly with real-time data. We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered reports. Refunds are only available if a technical issue prevents report generation or delivery. A sample report is available for review before purchase so you can evaluate the product beforehand. To request a refund for a technical issue, contact support@gameagent.co within 7 days of purchase.
5. REPORT ACCURACY
Reports are generated using publicly available data and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all recommendations will result in specific outcomes. Reports are advisory in nature — the final decisions about your game's positioning are yours. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on report recommendations.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You retain all rights to your game data and content. The report generated for you is for your personal or business use. You may share the report with your team or stakeholders. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish reports as your own product. The GameAgent brand, design, and technology remain our intellectual property.
7. DATA USAGE
We use publicly available data from Steam Store API and SteamSpy to generate reports. We do not access any private Steam account data. Game data submitted through our form is used solely for report generation. See our Privacy Policy for details on personal data handling.
8. REPORT DELIVERY
Reports are typically generated within 2 minutes of payment. Download links are sent to the email provided during checkout. Download links expire after 7 days. If you experience delivery issues, contact support@gameagent.co.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GameAgent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report in question.
10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
