REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT
GameAgent reports are digital products generated instantly using real-time data and AI analysis. Each report is unique to the game submitted and cannot be reused or resold.
2. SAMPLE REPORT AVAILABLE
A full sample report is available for download before purchase at no cost. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the sample report and understand the scope and format of the product you are buying.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are available only in cases where a technical failure on our end prevented the report from being generated or delivered. This includes:
- Pipeline failure that prevented report generation
- Payment processed but no report delivered within 24 hours
- Corrupted or unreadable PDF file
4. NO REFUND AFTER DELIVERY
Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered (via email and/or download link), the purchase is considered complete. We do not offer refunds for delivered reports, as the product has been fully consumed upon delivery.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund for a technical issue, contact us at support@gameagent.co within 7 days of purchase. Include your order ID and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
